Klikoo by PVG has launched a new feature named Klikoo Mart in response to community input. This feature offers convenience and efficiency to PPOB agents by providing access to several providers in one application.
Klikoo Mart eliminates the need for agents to install, recharge, and switch between multiple applications from different providers to maximize their profit. Additionally, the updated Klikoo app has improved UI/UX, Qris integration, and a money transfer feature, enabling agents to offer more services to customers.
Januar Parlindungan, CBDO of PVG, expressed enthusiasm from agents since the launch of Klikoo in March 2022. The app has already served 1.5 million transactions from customers. PVG is increasingly active in helping SMEs in Indonesia.
The updated Klikoo app also addresses the problem of smartphones slowing down and experiencing errors when too many applications are installed. With Klikoo, agents can access multiple services from different providers without device issues.
