What you will do
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships across key fintech verticals, including Payroll, Expense Management, and Cross-Border Remittance
  • Leverage existing network and relationships to unlock immediate business opportunities and accelerate deal closures
  • Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from opportunity identification to commercial negotiation and revenue realization
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders (C-level and decision-makers) to structure and close high-impact deals
  • Ensure partnerships are outcome-driven, with a strong focus on monetization rather than pipeline or agreement volume
  • Identify and activate new partnership channels to expand market reach and revenue streams
Must-have
  • Proven experience in B2B fintech partnerships or business development, with a strong track record of driving revenue through strategic deals
  • Well-established network of decision-makers within relevant ecosystems (e.g., Payroll, Expense Management, Cross-Border Remittance)
  • Demonstrated ability to convert partnerships into measurable business outcomes (revenue), not just signed agreements
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience navigating complex deal structures, negotiations, and stakeholder management
  • Highly self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to operate independently without reliance on provided leads
