What you will do
Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships across key fintech verticals, including Payroll, Expense Management, and Cross-Border Remittance
Leverage existing network and relationships to unlock immediate business opportunities and accelerate deal closures
Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from opportunity identification to commercial negotiation and revenue realization
Engage directly with senior stakeholders (C-level and decision-makers) to structure and close high-impact deals
Ensure partnerships are outcome-driven, with a strong focus on monetization rather than pipeline or agreement volume
Identify and activate new partnership channels to expand market reach and revenue streams
Must-have
Proven experience in B2B fintech partnerships or business development, with a strong track record of driving revenue through strategic deals
Well-established network of decision-makers within relevant ecosystems (e.g., Payroll, Expense Management, Cross-Border Remittance)
Demonstrated ability to convert partnerships into measurable business outcomes (revenue), not just signed agreements
Strong commercial acumen with experience navigating complex deal structures, negotiations, and stakeholder management
Highly self-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to operate independently without reliance on provided leads
