What you will do
  • Own the number: revenue, forecast accuracy, pipeline health
  • Close strategic accounts: lead from discovery → proposal → negotiation → signature
  • Build the machine: ICP, pricing/packaging inputs, playbook, CRM discipline
  • Build the team: hire, coach, run weekly sprints, enforce execution cadence
  • Open channels: partnerships / resellers / communities (not just one-by-one selling)
Must-have
  • Min 3+ years B2B Sales Leadership (SaaS/fintech preferred) with strong closing track record
  • Can design GTM motions and make them repeatable (outbound + inbound + partners)
  • Strong deal craft: multi-stakeholder, procurement, legal, pricing, redlines
  • Data-driven: knows funnel math, conversion, cycle time, win-rate, CAC payback thinking
