We are looking for a sales professional to build, train and supervise our sales team that will focus on delivering solutions to MSMEs in Indonesia.

• Has exposure in startup, tech company, saas company
• Proven experience in sales of minimum 5 years in Retail, Finance or FMCG
• Experience in setting KPIs, milestones, methodologies and strategy for the sales team
• Experience in reporting results, insights and sales data via various dashboards
• A hands-on skills with major CRMs and other Sales SaaS
• Previous experience in evaluating team performance
• Experience with all Buyers/Reseller/Agents, especially with a good connection with micro, small, medium size stores, (MSMEs)
• Creative mind and ready to get hand dirty to bring significant growth
