What you will do
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, closing, and account management
  • Drive outbound efforts and engage directly with key decision-makers (CFO, HR Leaders)
  • Sell consultatively by focusing on business impact (e.g., cash flow efficiency)
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and growth
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities across Payroll, Remittance, and Spend Management
  • Monitor client activity and proactively manage accounts to sustain volume
  • Ensure disciplined and accurate CRM tracking
Must-have
  • Proven experience in B2B sales/account management (fintech preferred)
  • Strong track record in achieving targets and retaining clients
  • Confident in outbound prospecting and stakeholder management
  • Consultative selling mindset with strong commercial awareness
  • Familiarity with international remittance, FX rates, and cross-border payment processes
  • High ownership and strong CRM discipline
