What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, closing, and account management
- Drive outbound efforts and engage directly with key decision-makers (CFO, HR Leaders)
- Sell consultatively by focusing on business impact (e.g., cash flow efficiency)
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and growth
- Identify cross-sell opportunities across Payroll, Remittance, and Spend Management
- Monitor client activity and proactively manage accounts to sustain volume
- Ensure disciplined and accurate CRM tracking
Must-have
- Proven experience in B2B sales/account management (fintech preferred)
- Strong track record in achieving targets and retaining clients
- Confident in outbound prospecting and stakeholder management
- Consultative selling mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Familiarity with international remittance, FX rates, and cross-border payment processes
- High ownership and strong CRM discipline
